
Free Weights Gym
Originally created as a strength and conditioning facility for our combat sports athletes our weights room has become a popular training location for local athletes and fitness enthusiats from all walks of life. We can also offer private coaching/training through our freelance team if you need a little guidance.
Our gym is equipped with 3 power racks, an Olympic lifting station, 20kg Olympic bars, air bike and curved treadmill for conditioning, a traditional treadmill, Concept 2 rower, Watt Bike, 1-50kg Dumbells, 4-32kg Kettlebells, 12m sprint track with weighted sled, soft and solid wood plyo boxes, suspension training straps and various other small itmes such as med balls, resistance bands and foam rollers. We also have some outside training space which we plan to further develop in the near future.

6am – 9:30pm Mon, Tues, Thurs
9am – 9:30pm Wednesday
6am – 8pm Friday
9am – 1pm Saturday
