Cancellation
We are sorry if you are thinking of leaving us, but understand sometimes circumstances change. Before cancelling, please consider talking to us if there is anything we can do to help you make the most of your membership. We are always open to trying to accomodate if at all possible.
To cancel, simply send an email with your instruction to info@unit1gym.com stating:
The name of both the member and the payer (if different).
The reason for your cancellation
You must give at least 3 working days notice before your next payment is due so that we can process your request. We will respond to your email as soon as possible. If you do not receive a response we may not have received your request, please call/text 07782 103804 in this instance. In the unlikely event that we take payment in error please inform us within 14 days. Membership will expire at our closing time the day before your next payment was due.
You must request cancellation 3 days before your next payment is due. We CANNOT refund payments once they have been collected unless there has been an error on our behalf. We will not issue refunds based on non-attendants.
