Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) classes run 3 times a week under the expert guidance of Black Belt coach Jack Lister and assistant coaches Steve Lear and Adam Ferguson.

All levels are welcome in our friendly, relaxed and ego free classes. The first session is free to try after which we offer both pay per session and monthly payments options.

Getting Started

New students are welcome to come along to any class! Our experienced coaches and friendly group will help you get started and integrate into the group! If you’d prefer a short 121 introduction before joining the group these can be arranged after class on a Sunday, just contact us to book.

Classes

Adult (16yrs+) Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

8:00pm Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & 9:00am Sunday

Beginners are always welcome and more advanced students are also catered for. Simply register and come along for your free trial session.

We advise new students to start with our No Gi sessions. Just wear comfortable gym clothing that covers your shoulders (this prevents potential friction burns on the mats).

Please bring a towel and water bottle. If you have them we also recommend a mouth guard and groin guard, but these are not essential for your first class.

Tuesday and Friday are Gi sessions (BJJ Uniform required)

Thursday and Sunday sessions are No Gi (better for new members to get started as no equipment required)

Step1. REGISTER

Step 2. Just come along to the class of your choice!
